Organisational

Development

Our Organisational Development (OD) services are designed to enhance organisational effectiveness through strategic and systematic approaches. We integrate OD skills with Learning & Development (L&D), performance improvement, and talent management solutions to help your organisation achieve its goals. Our comprehensive OD strategy follows a structured process encompassing five key phases, each tailored to address your unique needs.

Phase One, Consultation:

This is our first contact between our consultant and your organisation. During this phase, we present, explore, and identify the problem, opportunities, or situation you are facing. Through collabortion, and exploration, we establish mutual expectations about the project scope through a contract or project plan, including initial agreements on resource use, time-lines, and renumeration.

Phase Two, Assessment / Diagnosis:

This fact-finding phase is a collaborative data gathering process involving your stakeholders and our consultant. We gather, analyse, and review relevant information to understand the problem thoroughly.

Phase Three, Feedback and Proposal:

We return the analysed information to you for understanding, clarity, and accuracy. We review preliminary agreements about the project scope and resource requirements, typically creating an action plan outlining future change solutions and establishing success indicators.

Phase Four, Solution:

Here, we design, develop, and implement steps to correct the problems and enhance organisational performance. Solutions may include a communication plan, a competency matrix, a library of career pathways, a training curriculum, implementation plans, risk management plans, evaluation plans, or change management plans to name a few.

Phase Five, Evaluation:

This continuous process involves collecting formative and summative data to determine whether the initiative meets the intended goals and achieves defined success indicators. Outputs generally include an evaluation report with recommendations for continuous improvement.
